Nose jobs are serious medical procedures, and should not be taken lightly, but going under the knife once is often far preferable to getting an endless series of fillers.With today’s advances, a closed rhinoplasty can be done in a matter of hours. Because the columella (the area between the nostrils) is not cut, there are no visible scars and the healing time is much faster than with a traditional open nose job.
